Please observe the scheduled time of treatments.
It is not possible to change the appointment time within 12 hours of the treatment. In such case, the treatment will be forfeited.
Being late for a treatment will shorten the planned treatment time.

Cancellation conditions

To book you need to pay 40% of the total sum via the on-line payment system. If you cancel the reservation or do not arrive to the complex in the planned day of arrival, we will keep the prepaid amount.
