**We kindly ask you to adhere to the scheduled treatment time.
There is no possibility to change the treatment time 12 hours before the treatment. In such a situation, the scheduled treatment is forfeited.
Being late for the treatment will be deducted from the intended treatment time.

Cancellation conditions

To book you need to pay 40% of the total sum via the on-line payment system. If you cancel the reservation or do not arrive to the complex in the planned day of arrival, we will keep the prepaid amount.
